Remote Finance was built from my passion for numbers and my love of helping others. If you have found my page, I am confident my services could be just what you need.
What is remote finance? Good question, and it is the perfect way to introduce my business.

In a nutshell, remote finance is the power of using technology and cloud-based software to provide remote-based bookkeeping and administration assistance to busy business owners.

​If you hate bookkeeping, struggle to keep up to date with it, or just want to relinquish some time to spend on other aspects of your business - or with your family - that's where I come in. I appreciate that juggling numbers is not for everyone, but it is vital to a successful business. They must be given the time and attention they deserve, which is something that I love.

A bit about me....
I'm Lucy, a qualified Accountant with a passion for numbers, helping others and organising.

I am Lucy, a qualified accountant, living in East Cambridgeshire. I have a passion for numbers, helping others and organising. As a mother of three children under seven and a small business owner, I appreciate the stresses and strains my clients are under. ​I want to help you with the jobs you don’t have time for, so you can focus on the aspects of your business you enjoy the most.
I have over 14 years of experience working in practice as a qualified accountant. I have also been exposed to various industry sectors, particularly construction and professional services, and have spent a prolonged period working on site as a financial controller. This means I have experience on both sides of the fence. Over many years I have worked for clients to provide end-of-year accounting, audit and tax services, but I now prefer to play a more integral role, working on the day-to-day tasks and adding value where I can.
When I am not counting numbers, I am a mum to my three girls, wife to Nathan and dog Mama to our four-legged friend Ronnie.
I started Remote Finance so that I had the flexibility to work around my children and be present in their lives. I also wanted to find a career that I was truly passionate about.
